Community Relations Liaison - Cincinnati

Rogers Behavioral Health•Cincinnati, OH

About The Position

The Community Relations Liaison (described in the posting as an Account Executive) promotes Rogers’ behavioral health service lines to community stakeholders and referring providers. Working under the leadership of the Directors of Business Development and other leaders, and in partnership with the Account Executive team, the role uses territory management, strategic planning, relationship development, and a traditional sales model to build new referral relationships, maintain existing ones, and meet or exceed goals. The role develops and manages alliances with current and prospective referral sources, identifies new referral and partnership opportunities, and plans and carries out proactive growth activities. It requires learning Rogers’ behavioral health programs and communicating their patient populations, efficacy, and outcomes to referral partners. The liaison documents interactions and expenses, completes reports, analyzes results, and collaborates with colleagues in support of Rogers’ values and organizational goals. The position requires extensive travel, with approximately 80% of time spent outside the office representing Rogers in a designated territory. Travel may include overnight and weekend trips as needed. A separate PRN Account Executive provision in the posting describes variable hours based on organizational needs, travel to locations requiring support, and assignments that may involve up to 90% travel; costs for those assignments are covered by the organization.
