About The Position

Relive Health is a wellness and aesthetics clinic with locations in Warren and Florham Park, New Jersey, and is part of the national Relive Health network. It offers personalized, medically supervised care, including blood work, IV therapy, hormone and weight-loss programs, injectables, and facials. Its motto is “concierge care, every client, every visit.” The Community Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator will lead partnerships and community outreach across Morris and Somerset counties, representing Relive Health at local businesses, gyms, schools, and events. The role builds lasting relationships, manages leads through the pipeline, and reports directly to the owner. Flexible work-from-home options are available, alongside travel between clinic locations and nearby towns.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field marketing, events, community outreach, or sales.
Outgoing and confident at events and with cold outreach, including walk-ins, calls, and emails.
Highly organized, with strong follow-through.
Available for some evening and weekend events.
Reliable car for travel between Warren, Florham Park, and nearby Morris and Somerset towns.

Responsibilities

Build employee wellness programs with local employers.
Grow First Responder and military programs with local departments and groups.
Connect with third-party administrators (TPAs) and benefits brokers.
Plan and staff gym tabling events, lunch-and-learns, and on-site nurse days at partner businesses.
Coordinate hosted events such as Botox parties and PTO moms’ nights.
Run raffles and gift basket exchanges with partner businesses.
Build relationships with local physical therapy and chiropractic offices, physicians, and community organizations.
Manage the cross-promotion partner program with neighboring businesses.
Recruit and support local micro-influencers and creators, and coordinate their visits and content.
Track every lead and partner in Notion or a CRM.
Follow up consistently and keep the pipeline current.
Share regular updates and results with the owner.
