About The Position

Cornerstone Youth & Family Services is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Outreach Coordinator for Region 2 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role expands community partnerships, strengthens referral networks, and increases awareness of the organization’s Wraparound services through Louisiana’s Coordinated System of Care (CSoC). The coordinator engages community organizations and develops partnerships that support children, youth, and families. Employees must pass all required criminal background checks and complete drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience in community outreach, community engagement, social services, nonprofit services, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop partnerships, coordinate outreach activities, and maintain accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Must pass all required criminal background checks and complete drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with schools, DCFS, juvenile justice, nonprofit organizations, community-based services, or Louisiana’s CSoC/Wraparound program.
