About The Position

Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a Community Liaison Marketer to cover Whidbey Island and Island County as its primary market. This hybrid role is primarily field-based, with occasional required in-person attendance at the Burlington, Washington office throughout the month. The ideal candidate has home health experience and is eager to grow and manage their own market. The role focuses on customer experience, community relationships, referral development, and achieving home health referral and admission goals.

Requirements

• Associate degree in marketing, business, or health-related science, or experience accepted in lieu of education.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, B2B sales, and/or home health, with demonstrated ability to create a network of accounts.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in written and verbal formats.
• Valid driver's license and personal automobile with insurance for daily travel.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and referral source requests and concerns, owning the customer experience from end to end.
• Travel throughout the community to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, clinics, and physician offices to meet referral resources and maintain or build relationships.
• Represent the agency in transitional care activities and strategic relationships with health systems, hospitals, inpatient facilities, associations, and physician groups.
• Identify, contact, and manage potential clients, patients, and referral sources in the community.
• Meet and/or exceed home health referral and admission goals while considering payor mixes, admissions, recertifications, and discharges for census goals.
