About The Position

Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a Community Liaison Marketer to serve Whidbey Island / Island County as the primary market. This hybrid role is primarily field-based, with occasional required in-person attendance at the Burlington, Washington office during the month. The ideal candidate has home health experience and is eager to grow and own their market.

Signature Healthcare at Home provides home health services in Oregon and Washington, combining the backing and stability of a larger healthcare organization with locally operated businesses.

Requirements

• Associate degree in marketing, business, or health-related science, or relevant experience in lieu of education.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, B2B sales, and/or home health, with demonstrated ability to create a network of accounts.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in written and verbal formats.
• Valid driver's license and personal automobile with insurance; daily travel is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Home health experience is identified as ideal.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient and referral-source requests and concerns, managing the customer experience from end to end.
• Travel throughout the community to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, clinics, physicians' offices, and other locations to meet referral resources and maintain or build relationships.
• Represent the agency in transitional-care activities and strategic relationships with health systems, hospitals, inpatient facilities, associations, and physician groups.
• Identify, contact, and manage potential clients, patients, and referral sources in the community.
• Meet or exceed home health referral and admission goals while considering payor mix, admissions, recertifications, and discharges in relation to census goals.
