About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Dublin Village and Dublin Village II Apartments in Dublin, Pennsylvania. The role leads property operations and onsite staff while delivering a strong resident experience and achieving community performance goals. The Community Manager is responsible for financial performance, leasing, occupancy, retention, budgeting, resident relations, and community standards. The position works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Property management or multifamily housing experience.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong leasing, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive, team-oriented leadership style and the ability to take ownership and pride in the community.

• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Knowledge of property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the community.
• Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle, from prospect through renewal.
• Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed.
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal, apartment readiness, and community standards.
• Stay informed about the Cleveland multifamily market and competitive properties.
• Create a positive resident experience through customer service and community engagement.
• Drive leasing success through marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and resident referral programs.
