About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring a Community Manager to oversee Dublin Village and Dublin Village II Apartments in Dublin, Pennsylvania. The role is responsible for the communities’ overall financial performance, leasing and occupancy results, resident experience, and onsite team. The Community Manager leads day-to-day community operations, supports residents throughout the full resident lifecycle, and works with the Service Manager to maintain the properties and community standards. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

Property management or multifamily housing experience.
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.
Strong leasing, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
A positive, team-oriented leadership approach, with ownership and pride in the community.

Responsibilities

Manage the overall financial performance of the community.
Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team.
Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
Oversee the full resident lifecycle, from prospect to renewal.
Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed.
Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal, apartment readiness, and community standards.
Stay informed on the Cleveland multifamily market and competitive properties.
Create a positive resident experience through strong customer service and community engagement.
Drive leasing success through marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and resident referral programs.
