About The Position
Taylor Management Company seeks an experienced, full-time Onsite Community Manager for a 382-unit condominium association in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. The role oversees daily community operations, coordinates contractors, addresses resident concerns, and works closely with the Board of Directors. The schedule is Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, with monthly Board meetings on the third Tuesday. No travel to other communities is required.
