About The Position
KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Hidden Valley Stables in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role oversees the apartment community’s daily operations, handles resident concerns and rent collection, markets the community, and leads site staff. The ideal candidate enjoys new challenges, has a passion for property management, and works to create happy residents by providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. The company will pay for the ability to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License.
Requirements
