About The Position

Simpson Housing is seeking a Community Manager to lead operations at The Villas at Stonebridge Ranch Apartment Homes, a 280-unit Class A garden-style community near downtown McKinney, Texas. The Community Manager oversees property business operations, works to achieve established financial objectives, leads and develops the property operations team, and partners with the Regional Property Manager on the annual budget. The role also involves monitoring local market trends, implementing monthly marketing plans, maintaining apartment readiness and timely maintenance-request resolution, and fostering positive relationships with residents.

Requirements

At least 3 years of related multifamily property management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with property management software.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing Class A luxury communities is preferred.
Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all business operations at the property and ensure established financial objectives are achieved.
Hire, manage, coach, develop, and inspire the property operations team.
Work with the Regional Property Manager to develop and administer the property’s annual budget.
Monitor local market trends and develop and implement a monthly marketing plan.
Coordinate with the property operations team to ensure vacant apartments are ready to lease in a timely manner.
Ensure resident maintenance requests are resolved within established time frames.
Build rapport with residents and help them enjoy a quality living experience.
