About The Position

The Community Manager leads property operations for The Villas at Stonebridge Ranch Apartment Homes, a 280-unit Class A garden-style community near downtown McKinney, Texas. The role oversees business operations, works to achieve established financial objectives, and leads the property operations team. The manager partners with the Regional Property Manager on the annual budget, monitors local market trends, and develops and implements monthly marketing plans. They also oversee apartment readiness and timely resolution of resident maintenance requests, while building rapport with residents and supporting a quality living experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related multifamily property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with property management software.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing Class A luxury communities is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business operations at the property and ensure established financial objectives are achieved.
• Hire, manage, coach, develop, and inspire the property operations team.
• Work with the Regional Property Manager to develop and administer the property's annual budget.
• Monitor local market trends and develop and implement a monthly marketing plan.
• Ensure vacant apartments are ready to lease in a timely manner.
• Ensure resident maintenance requests are resolved within established time frames.
• Build rapport with residents and help them enjoy a quality living experience.
