About The Position

The Community Liaison directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s outpatient services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and the Outpatient Director, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. The Community Liaison is responsible for enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility Outpatient goals. The Community Liaison must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment. Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening and weekend hours, as directed by the Director of Business Development.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED is required.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in outside sales, marketing.
A working knowledge of behavioral health inpatient and outpatient operations.
Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no tickets, violations).
Ability to travel a minimum of 80% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or sales is preferred.
