About The Position

The Community Liaison serves an assigned territory in Georgetown, Texas, building community relationships and expanding awareness of hospice services. The role connects patients and families with appropriate services, promotes the organization as the preferred hospice provider, and supports initial hospice conversations with compassion. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• A proven track record of building and sustaining referral relationships.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Prior clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other healthcare partners.
• Conduct regular outreach to promote hospice services and grow referral volume.
• Position the organization as the preferred hospice provider across the service area.
• Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations, explain services, and facilitate consent with empathy.
