About The Position

Hospice Home Care is seeking a Community Liaison in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, covering Jefferson, Arkansas, and Lincoln counties. The Community Liaison represents the organization and promotes hospice services to healthcare professionals, community partners, patients, and families. The role builds relationships and awareness so patients can access compassionate end-of-life care and coordinates with the care team to support referrals and quality care. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday.

Hospice Home Care, an affiliate of Adoration Health, provides hospice care to local patients and families. Its holistic approach focuses on managing patients’ pain and other symptoms while providing emotional and spiritual support to families. Services include routine home care, respite, general inpatient care, and continuous care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales or hospice outreach.
• At least 2 years of healthcare marketing experience.
• Current, valid state driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare and administrative software applications.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with people at all organizational levels and in the communities served.
• High standards of customer service and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree or certification in healthcare marketing.
• Experience working with CRM systems and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities to promote hospice services.
• Build ongoing relationships with doctors, nurses, and referral partners.
• Attend community events to raise awareness and represent the organization.
• Track and manage outreach activity in the CRM system.
• Use market insights to plan and improve outreach efforts.
• Educate families and professionals about hospice benefits and available support.
• Work with the care team to ensure smooth patient referrals and quality care.
• Stay current on hospice care through training and self-learning.
• Complete reports, documentation, and administrative tasks on time.
• Follow healthcare rules and regulations.
