The Community Liaison/Account Manager will work remotely with our child and adolescent facility. The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to travel. The Community Liaison serves as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies, presenting a positive and professional public image of the facility within Texas and surrounding states. Creates demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Implements the facility’s strategic sales plan for assigned territory, enhances facility’s brand/image, and effectively manages assigned accounts to meet departmental and facility business development goals. Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards. Reports to the Business Development Director. Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) provides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 206-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, gym, outdoor courtyard and playground.
