About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate represents Fairfield to prospective residents, guides them through the leasing process, and helps create exceptional living experiences. The position combines sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to support the community. The role is at The Braydon I&II, a community with 500 units.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, work safely and cooperatively, and adhere to performance standards.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage stress, and demonstrate trustworthiness and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents.
Drive the leasing process and close deals.
Deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
Use Yardi software for leasing processes.
Update social media and assist with advertising.
Stay informed about local market trends.
Work safely and cooperatively with others, including supervisors.
Adhere to performance standards despite stressful conditions.
Communicate effectively and respectfully to provide exceptional customer service.
Follow federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
Safeguard residents’ confidential information and business operations.
