About The Position

The Community Leasing Associate serves as Fairfield’s point of contact for prospective residents and residents, guiding prospects through the leasing process and helping create exceptional living experiences. The role combines sales, customer service, operations, and marketing to support the community. The position is at Cove at Tiburon, a community with 283 units. The associate manages lease files and records, uses Yardi for leasing processes, updates social media, assists with advertising, and keeps informed about local market trends. The role requires working safely and cooperatively with others, meeting performance standards in stressful conditions, communicating effectively and respectfully, and following applicable laws and company policies. Material duties include accessing residents’ homes and confidential resident information, including financial information.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Leasing or real estate experience.
Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
