About The Position

Associa is hiring a Senior Community Association Manager (CAM) to work with clients and vendors and partner with other Associa departments. The role supports company growth through association management and requires strong customer service, the ability to manage multiple projects, and knowledge of homeowners associations and property management. The manager travels to client associations as needed for meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and community events.

Requirements

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of communities, property, real estate, and homeowners associations.
Knowledge of the roles of association boards and Community Association Managers, and how those roles interface with homeowner requests.
Proficient knowledge of typical business correspondence, including grammar, structure, punctuation, and spelling.
Proficient knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
Professional communication skills, including phone, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Time-management and time-critical prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Act as, or oversee, the primary liaison with Association Boards of Directors and homeowners as needed.
Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as required by the management agreement.
Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for homeowners, and arrange bulk mailing within applicable statutory or governing-document time frames.
Review monthly financial reports and ensure that a management summary is submitted to the Association Board of Directors.
Provide or oversee recommendations to Association Boards of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures needed to maintain the desired community appearance and operation.
