About The Position

Turing is seeking candidates with experience in property management, real estate operations, and community association administration. In this role, you will work on projects that evaluate and improve AI using your industry knowledge and communication skills. No prior AI experience is required; projects will help you learn how to use AI to advance your field. Day-to-day work includes designing and solving real-world property management and community scenarios to test AI accuracy, reasoning, professionalism, and operational insights. You will write clear, structured solutions covering tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance coordination. This is a remote contractor/freelancer assignment that may potentially be full-time. Projects are approximately one month long, with a possibility of extension. Compensation varies by project. Do not provide confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal company or university data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in property or community management, real estate operations, or facilities administration.
Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
Strong English communication and reasoning skills.
Do not disclose confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal company or university data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in U.S. real estate markets is preferred.
