About The Position
Goodwin and Co is seeking a Community Association Manager who enjoys working autonomously in a role where each day is different. The manager delivers property management, financial, and project management services to homeowners and their Board of Directors. Candidates are asked to complete two brief assessments using the link provided in the posting.
Requirements
- Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide five-star customer service to the Board and residents.
- Ability to advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions.
- Assess clients’ assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions.
- Manage vendors through contracted services.
- Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s).
- Develop requests for proposals (RFPs) and scopes of work for projects.
- Assist the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists.
- Attend and conduct Board of Directors meetings.
- Provide five-star customer service to the Board and residents.
- Advise and direct the Board to make necessary decisions.
