About The Position

Goodwin and Company is seeking a Community Association Manager to provide property management, financial, and project management services to homeowners and their Board of Directors. Applicants are asked to complete two brief assessments using the link provided in the job posting.

Requirements

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Ability to deliver five-star customer service to the Board and residents.
• Ability to advise and direct the Board in making necessary decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions.
• Assess clients’ assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions.
• Manage vendors through contracted services.
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the association or associations.
• Develop requests for proposals (RFPs) and scopes of work for projects.
• Assist the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists.
• Attend and conduct Board of Directors meetings.
