About The Position
Turing is seeking experienced real estate brokers or brokerage managers to contribute industry knowledge and communication expertise to projects that evaluate and improve AI systems. The work involves assessing how AI handles real estate brokerage tasks, such as interpreting contracts, managing negotiations, and advising clients through closing. No prior AI experience is required. The role involves creating brokerage and transaction scenarios, explaining deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and contract compliance, and evaluating AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and clarity. You will also collaborate with AI researchers to improve models’ understanding of brokerage management and client communication. This is a remote contractor/freelancer assignment. Projects typically last approximately one month, with the possibility of extension; full-time engagement may be possible. Compensation varies by project.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker or Brokerage Manager.
- Active broker license.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Comfort using web-based tools for annotation and feedback.
