About The Position

Turing is seeking candidates with experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association administration to work on projects evaluating and improving AI. The role applies industry knowledge and strong communication skills to create and assess real-estate-related scenarios and AI responses. No prior AI experience is required. The work includes designing and solving practical property management and concierge scenarios, writing structured solutions, and evaluating AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight. The assignment is freelance/contractor work, with projects lasting approximately one month and the possibility of extension. The role is fully remote, and compensation varies by project. Candidates must not provide confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, internal organizational data, specific client or case details, or information that would violate confidentiality obligations.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in property or community management, real estate operations, or facilities administration.
Comfort using web-based tools for data review and annotation.
Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
