About The Position

The Commission Sales employee in lingerie helps customers find products that support their comfort and confidence through fashion, fit, and styling expertise. The role provides personalized service and builds lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process, along with ongoing fashion and product-knowledge training from Nordstrom and brand consultants. Employees work with the team to keep the department customer-ready.

• Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped merchandise, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms, measure customers, and provide appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using tools such as text and social media.
• Keep current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand consultant training.
• Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and perform light cleaning.
