About The Position

The Seasonal Commission Sales associate in Lingerie helps customers find apparel that supports their confidence and comfort through bra fittings, fit and style guidance, and personalized service. The role builds customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions and works toward sales goals using tools such as text and social media. Nordstrom provides training on bra fitting and ongoing training in fashion and product knowledge. The associate also collaborates with the team to keep the department customer-ready, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing price markdowns, and light cleaning. The hourly pay range is $21.90–$21.90. Commission varies by merchandise; apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
