About The Position

The Commission Sales role in Lingerie focuses on fashion, fit, and styling to help customers feel confident and comfortable. The salesperson builds customer loyalty through digital and in-store interactions, providing personalized service, honest feedback, and fit expertise. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process and offers further product and fashion learning through trainings and brand consultants. The role also supports sales goals and works with the team to keep the department customer-ready.

Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky or awkwardly shaped merchandise, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms, measuring customers and providing fit and style guidance.
Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand consultant trainings.
Collaborate with the team on order filling, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
