About The Position

The Seasonal Commission Sales role in Lingerie focuses on helping customers find lingerie that fits well and supports their confidence and comfort. The salesperson provides personalized service and fit expertise through in-store and digital interactions, builds customer relationships, and works toward sales goals. Nordstrom provides training on bra fitting. The role also involves keeping the department customer-ready through order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms by measuring customers and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using tools such as text and social media.
• Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand consultant training.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
