About The Position

The Domino’s Commercial Truck Driver safely operates a company commercial vehicle on established routes to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A driver unloads stop-loaded products at each store, provides customer service to stores, collects empty tray containers and carts, and returns them to the Domino’s Supply Chain Center. Drivers may operate routes alone or as part of a team. Some routes may require overnight stays and backhauls. Dispatch times vary, with drivers dispatching between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Pay is $35.25–$37.35 per hour, based on verifiable driving experience. Some routes qualify for overtime pay. Additional compensation includes sleeper berth pay at 50% of the hourly rate, call-in pay of $150–$250 per occurrence, an annual safety bonus of $2,000, a company bonus of 2% of annualized hourly rate, and a $10,000 join-and-stay bonus.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least 6 months of experience as a CDL A truck driver; 1 year preferred.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brakes.
Maintain a DOT medical certificate.
Meet defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive a company commercial motor vehicle.
Pass a DOT physical.
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
Be able to work around yeast and flour.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally, and perform heavy pushing and pulling of product.
Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (33–38 degrees), outdoor weather conditions, and environments with loud machinery when necessary.
May need to roll carts weighing up to 499 lbs. up ramps and into stores.
