CDL A Commercial Truck Driver - $10,000 Join & Stay Bonus!
About The Position
As a CDL A Commercial Truck Driver, you will safely operate a company tractor-trailer to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza stores across the region. This is a layover and mostly local route position, with weekly home time guaranteed. Drivers run solo and team routes; team routes may last up to 20–30 hours. Routes serve stores in CO, MT, WY, SD, KS, NM, UT, ID, and NE, including military bases. Duties include unloading products at stores, returning empty trays and carts to the Supply Chain Center, and occasionally shuttling or positioning trailers at dock doors. Drivers operate in mountain terrain and variable weather, including snow and winter conditions, and must maintain safety standards and wear proper PPE. Drivers must be open to working any five-day schedule Sunday through Friday, including holidays. Shifts may be scheduled at any time during a 24-hour day and over any seven-day period, including weekends and holidays. Pay is $32.55–$35.30 per hour, based on verifiable driving experience. Additional compensation includes sleeper berth pay at 50% of the hourly rate, call-in pay of $150–$250 per occurrence, an annual safety bonus of $2,000, a company bonus of 2% of annualized hourly rate, and a $10,000 join-and-stay bonus for eligible new Domino’s employees.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
- At least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- DOT Medical Certificate.
- Clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.
- Comfortable handling touch freight and working in refrigerated environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Open to working any five-day schedule Sunday through Friday, including holidays.
- Must be available for shifts scheduled at any time during a 24-hour day and over any seven-day period, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift 25 lbs. from floor to above head frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures of 0–38 degrees or heat of 80+ degrees, in an environment with exposure to loud machinery.
- Ability to work around yeast and flour.
- Ability to work well on a team while also being self-motivated and independent at times.
