About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring experienced, safety-minded CDL Drivers to service residential routes from its Whitesboro, Texas yard. Drivers start and end their shifts at the same location, perform timely pickups and deliveries, and operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers. The schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6 AM start and approximately 50–60 hours per week. The role includes communicating with dispatchers and customers and completing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Requirements

• Class A or Class B CDL with air brakes.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb in and out of the truck, and work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL truck from the Whitesboro yard, starting and ending each shift at the same location.
• Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries.
• Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
