CDL Truck Driver 5,000 Stay on Bonus
About The Position
Waste Connections is hiring experienced, safety-minded CDL drivers to serve residential routes from its Whitesboro, Texas yard. Drivers start and end their shifts at the same location, complete timely pickups and deliveries, and operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 6:00 a.m. start and approximately 50–60 hours per week. The role pays $25.00–$27.00 per hour plus overtime and includes a $5,000 stay-on bonus. Requirements
- Class A or Class B CDL with air brakes.
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to lift 75 or more pounds, climb in and out of the truck, and work outdoors in all conditions.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL truck from the Whitesboro yard, starting and ending each shift at the same location.
- Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries.
- Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load and unload materials and containers.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
