About The Position

The Domino’s Commercial Truck Driver safely operates a company commercial vehicle on established routes to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Driver unloads stop-loaded products at each store, provides customer service to stores, collects empty tray containers and carts, and returns them to the Domino’s Supply Chain Center. Drivers may work as part of a team or as a single driver. Some routes may require overnight stays and backhauls. Drivers dispatch at various times between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. Pay is $35.25–$37.35 per hour, depending on verifiable driving experience. Some routes are eligible for overtime pay. Sleeper berth pay is 50% of the hourly rate, and call-in pay is $150–$250 per occurrence. Bonus opportunities include a $2,000 annual safety bonus, a company bonus of 2% of annualized hourly pay, and a $10,000 join-and-stay bonus.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
At least 6 months of experience as a CDL A truck driver.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brakes.
Maintain a DOT Medical Certificate.
Meet defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive a company commercial motor vehicle.
Pass a DOT physical.
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to work around yeast and flour.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally, and perform heavy pushing and pulling of products.
Ability to work in refrigerated conditions (33–38 degrees), outdoor weather conditions, and environments with exposure to loud machinery when necessary.
May need to roll carts weighing up to 499 pounds up ramps and into stores.
