About The Position

Ring's End, Inc. is hiring a full-time Commercial Truck Driver to deliver building materials throughout Fairfield County and nearby New Haven County. The driver follows a designated route, delivers materials to the correct destinations, and represents the company positively at each stop. The role includes checking in with clients about their service experience and handling concerns courteously. Drivers carefully load or unload materials, maintain current paperwork, and keep vehicles and equipment maintained. The position requires dependable, safety-conscious driving and courteous customer service.

Requirements

• Product knowledge.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting heavy items and/or using a forklift.
• CDL Class B license.
• Clean driving record.
• Compliance with safety and Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
• Organized and reliable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building materials on a designated route throughout Fairfield County and nearby New Haven County.
• Check in with clients about their experience and address concerns with care.
• Load and unload building materials carefully to prevent damage.
• Ensure deliveries reach the correct destinations.
• Represent the company positively at each delivery stop.
• Keep required paperwork up to date.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Drive dependably while showing concern for the safety of others.
