About The Position

As a CDL A Commercial Truck Driver, you will safely operate a company tractor-trailer to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza stores across the region. This is a layover and local route position, with weekly home time guaranteed. Drivers run solo and team routes; team routes may run up to 20–30 hours. Deliveries cover CO, MT, WY, SD, KS, NM, UT, ID, and NE, including military bases. The role includes unloading product at stores, returning empty trays and carts to the Supply Chain Center, and occasionally shuttling or positioning trailers at dock doors. Drivers work in mountain and variable weather conditions, including snow and winter driving, and must maintain safety standards and wear proper PPE. Drivers must be open to any five-day schedule from Sunday through Friday, including holidays. A shift may be scheduled at any time during a 24-hour day and across any seven-day period, including weekends and holidays. Drivers must be comfortable with touch freight and refrigerated environments, and able to work around yeast and flour. Pay is $32.55–$35.30 per hour based on verifiable driving experience. Sleeper berth pay is 50% of the hourly rate, and call-in pay is $150–$250 per occurrence. Additional opportunities include an annual $2,000 safety bonus, a company bonus of 2% of annualized hourly rate, and a $10,000 Join & Stay Bonus for eligible new Domino’s employees.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
At least 6 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT Medical Certificate.
Clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.
Comfortable with touch freight and working in refrigerated environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift 25 lbs. from floor to above head frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally throughout the shift.
Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures of 0–38 degrees or heat of 80+ degrees, and in an environment with exposure to loud machinery.
Ability to work well on a team while also being self-motivated and independent.
Availability for a five-day schedule Sunday through Friday, including holidays, and for shifts scheduled at any time during a 24-hour day over any seven-day period, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work around yeast and flour.
