About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking tire technicians to repair and maintain tire- and wheel-related needs for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The role involves servicing commercial tires on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment. Candidates should have a stable work history, at least one year of tire experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. The company is open to training a candidate who demonstrates the skills, drive, and commitment to succeed.

This position requires a rotating on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends. Requirements

• At least one year of tire experience; commercial and heavy-duty tire experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; must be insurable to drive under company standards.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment.
• Customer service and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires.
• Perform tire service on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on job status and completion of paperwork.
