About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring Commercial Tire Technicians at multiple locations to repair and maintain tire- and wheel-related needs for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The role involves servicing tires on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment, maintaining tools and work areas, and coordinating service status and paperwork with the Service Manager. Requirements

• At least one year of tire experience, with a strong preference for commercial and heavy-duty tire experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and ability to be insured to drive under company standards.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment.
• Customer service and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a rotating, on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires.
• Perform tire service on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and inventory levels, and keep the workspace clean.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager regarding job status and completion of paperwork.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
