Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; must be insurable to drive under company standards.
• At least one year of tire experience, preferably with commercial and heavy-duty tires.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a rotating, on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires.
• Perform tire service on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on job status and completion of paperwork.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
