About The Position

Snider Fleet Solutions is hiring Commercial Tire Technicians to repair and maintain tire- and wheel-related needs for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. The role involves servicing tires on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment, maintaining service equipment and inventory, and coordinating work status and paperwork with the Service Manager. Requirements

• At least 1 year of tire experience, including mounting and dismounting various sizes and types of tires; commercial and heavy-duty tire experience is strongly preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be insurable to drive under company standards.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Strong preference for commercial and heavy-duty tire experience.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires.
• Perform tire service on diesel- and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on job status and completion of paperwork.
