About The Position

Trinity is seeking hard-working, committed, and intellectually curious individuals who are passionate about the life sciences for their Commercial Strategy Summer Associate program. Summer associates are an integral part of project teams, gaining exposure to strategic business issues and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry. The program offers extensive training and mentorship to develop analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. This is a 9-week, in-person summer internship running from June 14-August 13, 2027. Interns will earn $35/hour and work 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and demonstrate interest in the life sciences field.
• The internship program is reserved for rising seniors or students who have 1 year left in their studies.
• Initiative in previous academic and work experience
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills
• Ability to manage time well in order to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research using healthcare databases (i.e. EvaluatePharma, RedBook, Cortellis, etc.) to inform analyses on drug pricing, clinical pipelines, marketplace dynamics, etc.
• Utilize analytical tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key client decision-making
• Coordinate and conduct primary market research with physicians, patients, payers and other key healthcare stakeholders
• Interpret, analyze, and synthesize clinical, scientific, and business data and research, and present findings to project teams and clients
• Develop presentations and other outputs in collaboration with project teams for client deliverables
