About The Position

The Associate, Commercial Development & Strategy serves as an analytical and execution partner to the Head of Commercial Development & Strategy, supporting Kobalt’s commercial, strategic and executive initiatives. The Associate evaluates business information, identifies risks and opportunities, develops insights and recommendations, and helps turn key initiatives into clear actions and deliverables. Working with senior executives and functional leaders, the Associate gains exposure to commercial development, corporate strategy, executive governance and cross-functional initiatives.
