Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, and managing commercial roofing opportunities, including repairs, maintenance programs, and reroofing projects.
  • Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to commercial property owners and facility managers.
  • Conducting roof assessments and identifying solutions that help customers protect their assets.
  • Presenting proposals and closing opportunities that create value for both the customer and the company.
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
