Commercial Roofing Sales Manager
About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an experienced commercial roofing professional to lead the development, launch, and growth of its commercial roofing division. The role offers ownership of the developing division, including establishing processes, generating new business, and eventually recruiting and training additional team members. The selected candidate will receive support from an established roofing and exteriors company and will have the opportunity to help shape the direction of its commercial department. Compensation is expected to include a competitive base salary plus commission, with final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and ability to grow the division. The position offers leadership and long-term growth potential.
Requirements
- Five or more years of commercial roofing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, inspections, estimating, and project requirements.
- Proven sales and customer relationship skills.
- Leadership, training, or team-building experience.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a developing department.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Heritage’s commercial roofing division.
- Identify and pursue new commercial roofing opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships with property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct roof inspections and help determine appropriate roofing solutions.
- Assist with estimating, proposals, presentations, and project planning.
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage the sales process.
- Develop practical systems and procedures for the new department.
- Help recruit, train, and mentor future commercial sales representatives.
- Work closely with company leadership and production teams to provide a positive customer experience.
- Represent Heritage Roofing & Exteriors professionally in the community.
