About The Position

TeamCraft Roofing is an independent, family-owned and operated commercial roofing company incorporated in 1996, with more than 28 locations across 13 states. The Commercial Roofing Service Sales role leads and directs the sales team in an assigned market to support profitability and growth in keeping with the company’s vision and values. The position focuses on customer development, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, and service-department sales such as small re-roofs, preventative maintenance inspections, and leak calls. Service sales are defined as work below $100,000 in contract value and/or fewer than 100 roof squares. It also involves coordinating pricing for work outside established MSAs, representing the company at trade association events when requested, maintaining sales records and materials, and attending project site walks to measure and document roof conditions. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. The role requires travel and work with a diverse customer base. Field duties can involve outdoor weather exposure, roof and ladder access, potentially hazardous materials, and use of safety precautions and personal protective equipment. The company describes itself as safety-first and expects employees to follow safety procedures and uphold its values of Safety, Honesty, Teamwork, and Quality. New hires undergo background checks, drug tests, and motor vehicle record checks before an offer is extended. Offers are made on a 90-day trial basis, followed by a performance evaluation.
