About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Estimator to join its growing team. This role combines field and office work, including visiting commercial roofing sites, gathering measurements, and preparing detailed estimating proposals. The estimator is expected to deliver accurate solutions, provide strong customer service, and contribute to project scope and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
• 1–2 years of estimating experience.
• Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site evaluations for commercial roofing projects and gather accurate measurements for estimating.
• Develop detailed estimating proposals for roofing systems, materials, and labor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project scope and execution.
• Provide strong customer service throughout the estimating process, from initial contact to proposal delivery.
• Communicate with clients, providing clear expectations and roofing solutions.
• Manage multiple estimating projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
