Commercial Roofing Senior Estimator
About The Position
Eskola, LLC is hiring a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects. The company has installed commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday, with compensation based on qualifications and experience. The Senior Estimator reviews project scope and specifications, gathers building or roof information to prepare accurate estimates, consults with clients, vendors, and manufacturers, and maintains project information and bid documentation in the estimating system and bid calendar.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience.
- OSHA 10-hour card.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to use or learn business technology.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 30-hour card.
- Familiarity with local building codes.
- Experience with estimating programs.
Responsibilities
- Review and understand the scope of work and project specifications.
- Collect roof or building data needed to prepare accurate estimates.
- Consult with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
- Create and update projects in the estimating system and bid calendar, and upload all documents.
