About The Position

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects. The company has installed commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. This is a full-time, in-person position working Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. The Senior Estimator reviews project scopes and specifications, gathers information about roofs or buildings to prepare accurate estimates, consults with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to develop estimates and resolve issues, and creates and updates projects in the estimating system and bid calendar while uploading project documents. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience.
OSHA 10-hour card.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to use or learn business technology.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30-hour card.
Familiarity with local building codes.
Experience with estimating programs.

Responsibilities

Create and update projects in the estimating system and bid calendar, and upload all documents.
