About The Position
General Parts Group is one of the largest Foodservice Equipment Support companies in the US, with an award-winning service department supporting over 200 technicians across 26 states. We provide service, repair, and maintenance for cooking, refrigeration, beverage, HVAC, and ware washing equipment. We are seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our team in the Milwaukee area. We are employee-oriented, with a high employee retention rate and continuous investment in training to ensure our team is qualified and professional.
Requirements
- Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA certification required for refrigeration techs
- Ability to work independently in the field
Nice To Haves
- Experience in commercial refrigeration (walk-ins, ice machines, reach-ins)
- Experience with commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills)
- Pursue CFESA training certifications
- Hold a ‘Master Certification’ designation
Responsibilities
- Service and repair restaurant equipment at customer locations including restaurants, hospitals, and schools.
- Provide service, repair, and maintenance for cooking, refrigeration, beverage, HVAC and ware washing equipment.
