About The Position

The Field Service Technician travels to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems. The role involves operating a company vehicle safely, providing prompt and reliable service, and minimizing downtime for restaurant operations. The technician provides customer support, communicates clearly with kitchen and management staff, and works independently with little supervision. The stated hourly rate is $35–$50, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the company's safety standards.
• EPA certification is required for refrigeration technicians.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• iPad use and familiarity.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience is preferred.
