About The Position

The Field Service Technician travels to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems. The role involves safely operating a company vehicle, providing prompt and reliable service, and minimizing downtime for restaurant operations. The technician delivers customer support, communicates clearly with kitchen and management staff, and works independently with little supervision. The hourly pay range is $35–$50, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of one year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience is preferred.
• Must complete a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the company's safety standards.
• EPA certification is required for refrigeration technicians.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to use an iPad and familiarity with it.
