About The Position

Applied Underwriters is seeking an experienced property claims team leader to oversee adjusters handling property losses across personal, commercial, specialty, and excess lines. The role provides technical guidance, operational leadership, and performance management. As a subject matter expert on coverage, valuation, liability, excess, and reinsurance, the leader supports adjusters with the timely investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims. The position is accountable for team performance in claim quality, regulatory compliance, and timely closure. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of commercial property management experience.
Active or expired adjuster license in any state.
Demonstrated expertise in large loss and litigated claims.
